basically I think that when the TV news ppl came to report the scene of crime several people in the crowds decided wave and smile for the camera which is disrespectful and this vid is to highlight those few and shame them O_o

oo it wasn't earlier.. I know that lots of ppl (mainly english speaking) were posting about wtf was this vid supposed to be about etc.. I think the owner of the vid got mad and made it private.... :o
found another link on Kotaku. although the story remains the video has been removed..
