Just in time for the remake of 90210. Preteen girls across the nation are surely already scratching their heads, wondering 'who are these geezers?'.
-
yeah!! This was *MY TIME* I was a big fan - had a couple paperback books even.
I actually don't think some of their better songs are all that bad. "My Favorite Girl" is probably my fave.
I remember my cousin having their first album and I thought it sounded crazy, just completely wacky and bizarre. I asked for it for Christmas one year and got the NKOTB Christmas album instead (which blew).
-
I never got into these guys. I remember seeing Joey Lawrence everywhere back in the day... so he was on NKOTB?
-
No he was just some crappy actor...WOAH

My bad for some reason I thought he was part of this crew... same era though

I have known about this for some time now...was wondering if they'd be able to pull it off or not. Looks like they might just do it...but the real question is...WHY?!
-
Let me know by making a thread when Color Me Badd is back.

My wife is 26 so she was totally into New Kids. She wanted to go to a New Kids concert for her birthday as a kid, but her parents wouldn't take her. So they are touring again, guess who has to take her now    ](*,) ](*,) ](*,)

It's not that bad, it's for your wife after all, right? Show her what a loving husband you are by taking her to the one thing she had to miss out on as a child. And then...have her committed to the nearest psych ward. :D Okay just kidding on that last part...but seriously, if it's something your wife really wants to do, I'm sure you can withstand it for her sake, right?
-
Rovers right. Besides whats a pair of those soft ear plugs cost $1-2. ;)
-
Back....Street's.....back..... ALRIGHT!
.
Oh, wait, wrong group.
-
f*ck THIS SHIT.
NKotB was THE WORST thing about the 90s.
-
90s? I thought they were late 80s.
-
'86-'94 Yet there was worse in the 90's
-
Hrm, yeah okay I see it...it's just that by the 90s, they sucked SO badly that no one gave a rat's bloody tail anymore. Maybe that's why I don't associate them with the 90s...the 90s was the decade of "alternative", not silly boybands...they didn't make a huge comeback until the 90s were almost over.
-
I don't associate them with the 80s' at all; I never heard of them before 1990, and assumed that was when they emerged from the rectum of some record company.
-
"Rectum" sounds about right...
-
Thankfully, my wife hates this kind of stuff, she hates them, she hates the backdoor boys, all of it! I always found those guys to be shallow. Funny though, my older brother at the time, had one of their first albums, claiming that it "bumped"(back in the late 80's when he used to make boomin' systems). I always thought they were wack, never cared if they "bumped" or not :D

 Now whenever I hear someone's car thumping away in my neighborhood, I'll know what's being played

Well my wife bought tickets yesterday for their show in Houston. I am gonna have to get really drunk to enjoy it. I'm not really complaining, I love my wife. She went with me to a Springsteen concert a couple months ago, so I owe her one.
-
Ok she see's Springsteen, and you OWE her?? Methinks thats a little lopsided
-
I know right!!! She doesn't dislike Springsteen. She just isn't into him like I am. I love old Springsteen stuff.
BOUND FOR GLORY!
