Try this link (http://www.neoflash.com/forum/index.php/topic,4688.0.html) and scroll down to the bottom of the first post.  Logically it should have both the writing software and the slim loader IV driver, but you never know with those nutty goofs (I'd check myself, but I can't open .rars at work).  If you have no luck, I can upload mine tomorrow.

I downloaded it and it says connection fault.  Is my card bad?

Maybe, but I doubt it.  Have you tried it in a console yet?  They claim to test drive 'em all, so it should be preloaded with something, though it might not be set to the correct region for your hardware.  If it boots up in your machine, then you might just need to clean the contacts (a not uncommon problem) or more fully seat the card in the loader thingy (I think that's the technical term).  I really had to jamb mine in the first few times, but it loosened up eventually - that's what she said!

If you still need these I will gladly make a ISO of the entire disc for you to archive. Just PM me if you still need this.

EDIT

There is an ISO for anyone else who might need this or want to archive this software.

Thanks for that- as a moron that has never used ISO files before, what do I do to open this rar file as if it was the original disc?

Decompress the .rar file with WinRAR (or whatever) then mount the .iso with Daemon Tools (or whatever) and use it as you would a real disc.  Alternatively, you could burn the .iso to a disc and use it that way.

Wow yo uhave never burned an ISO?? Well just use Nero or IMGBurn (it's free and will burn any image A+ software) on a CD/DVD and you will have a disc for your collection of software :)
