I there built in memory on this unit?

If so, how do you access it and whats the translation?

Its the exact same deal as the Turbo CD and Duo systems. Start up the combo with a System Card in the PC Engine and press Select at the title screen.

If you don't know what the commands are, just try out an english system card in Magic Engine first.
