Im just trying to get a general idea of what they should go for.

In Japan, boxed ones go for around $250 (if you can find them at all)  So add.. say $50 for the shipping and your total should be around $300.

So if you can find one locally for $300 it's probably about that same.

Actually alot less then that Sensei. Boxed Duo-Rs are commonly sold often on ebay for around $150-180 before shipping depending on condition via Japan/Asia located ebay sellers. Then usually EMS runs you between $50-60 depending on who you are buying from.
If you want one from a US seller right now here is one for sale:

It will run you $215 after shipping.

Yeah, I am just going by how much they sell for locally, and the ones Alex say recently in Akiba.  Of course there will be some good deals online.

I noticed in the sakes thread someone is selling a Duo with some good games pretty cheap.. That one seemed like a good deal to me.
