I just saw an action he had 400 bucks for a regular Duo without the box... Is this guy on dope or what?

He's just another price gouger.  Ebay's full of 'em.

True-I've bought from him a couple times (nothing too expensive, just some saturn games) and while he's a good seller, his prices can be ridiculous.  Just like most of ebay  :(
