Where do PCEFXers get their TV fix from? Inquiring minds want to know!
-
Cable (though I rarely watch TV). Mostly games, or dvd's for me :)
oh sure change the poll AFTER I vote
-
I watch very little TV. So boring. I do use the TV for MOVIES, though. I get those from my PS3 which plays them newfangled Blu-rays.
-
stationary: Digital Satellite and analog antenna
mobile: digital [1seg]

In my apartment here in Davis we're doing digital cable, but when I go back to dad's house it's gonna be Directv.
About the only i watch on tv is sports... I'll get NBA league pass and watch a little football.
-
I rarely watch TV now -- hell, especially these days, with being in grad school and all.
About the only time I watch TV are for a few sporting events, but 3 out of 4 times I'm watching those through internet streams as well.
-
I watch all my TV through a cell phone that has an internet connection. All of it. There are no landlines out here.

I have cable TV because, monopolies being what they are, they don't let you have cable internet without it. I very rarely ever watch it though, and when I do its for cartoons or motorsport. Broadcast TV is so terrible I can't stand it. Its amazing people actually subject themselves to that shit.
I do watch TV shows though, usually either downloaded from the internet or from Netflix. I'm a big fan of several BBC shows (Top Gear, Doctor Who, etc). I try to like anime but the state of the industry is at its lowest point ever and I can't often find shows I like. For some reason, I like Lost. I've seen every episode of Lost pirated from Mininova. What's staggering is that people who watched Lost as it was broadcast not only had to sit shackled to the TV during a specific time period, but they had to sit through something like eleven hours of advertisements. f*ck that.

Man that sucks Zeta...no such prequisite here to have cable TV to get cable internet.
-
Juat basic cable here though i watch dvds on it more and play video games.
These days there isn't much that holds my interest for watching tv.
-
We got dish network hooked up here. Without it, I'd never watch television because I simply don't care to. But since it was hooked up, I unfortunately find myself watching from time to time. It annoys the f*ck outta me.
-
analog cable with only about 6 channels (two of them are exactly the same for some reason...)
Japanese TV is absolutely horrid, makes ALL American TV look good.
-
I have 2 tvs in my room. One for cable, the other for gaming and movies on dvd/laserdisc. Works out pretty well.
-
I only use my TV for games
-
Digital cable, though I really don't watch TV at all. My TV is used for my computer to play movies off of when I go to bed, gaming, and laserdiscs.
-
Over the air antenna, but only when I'm wearing a tinfoil hat to cancel out direct reception to my fillings (and to stop the government from stealing my thoughts).
-
magical pixie fairies come and put movies and shows in this big box that says COX on it.
So, I guess the COX fairies give me shows.
They sound kind of nasty. Dumb COX.
>_< lol
I rarely watch TV. I watch anime though..
-
Just for watching dvds. I have like 78 channels but nothing interesting on TV anymore. Occasionally I'll watch the news in the morning to catch the weather report.
-
No antenna, cable or satellite. Nothing on these days, and the only time I ever watch TV is over at someone else's house.
The only stuff that goes on my TV is DVDs and Laserdiscs / Movies in General, I have a computer hooked up to it as well, and obviously any and all game systems. It will be staying that way throughout the HD transition. I could care less about that honestly; I will not be buying a converter box, government coupon or not.

Why the hell aren't VHS players on this poll? Or at least DVDs?
