No full English games on the FX.  Though some have English menus.  I'm gussing you saw a video of the original SuperFamicom version of Der Langrisser, as it has a fan-made translation patch.  (Too bad they used the SFC version, the PC-FX, PS1, and Saturn ports are all superior.)  The FX has a small library of games, most are very Japanese heavy, but the majority of them are surprisingly good.  A truly underrated system.

Sorry, Japanese system/games only.  But get one anyway, as many of the games are very playable, even without knowledge of japanese

Yeah, about 2/3rds of the FX library is very playable to someone who can only read "Hai" "Iie" "Un" and "Unn"  (or could be "Uun"...I just woke up and my brain isn't functioning well yet)...but basically as long as you can choose Yes/No correctly to save your game, you can play many of the FX games.

The good thing about no English versions of these games is that you don't have to put up with aweful English voice acting as many of the games have tons of recorded talking.

I used this thread as a yardstick. I'm looking for one myself.
