what's better for downloading old classic games for older systems, not home brew games like braid n such...

According to the list of currently released games on wikipedia, it isn't even close: Live Arcade boasts a whopping 7 classic console games (plus an additional 40 if you include classic coin-ops) to the Virtual Console's 263 titles.

Well, I don't think xbox live arcade has any turbografx games, so Nintendo has it beat there. :) Plus!, Wii has that cool classic controller. You can also rig up your snes controller to work with wii vc as well. So ya. heh.
