Yup, these are great. I purchased like 80 of them in the past! They are a little different than original sleeves. They look the same but the plastic is sturdier. I actually like them BETTER than the original sleeves...which seem to get "floppy" over the years. These feel as if they will hold up for a VERY long time.

I have to agree. These are definitely not factory original, but they are such good mock-ups that they are just as good as the real thing. When you get them, they smell just like a new shower curtain liner, which is probably what he made them from. They are a little bit snug when you first use them, but it's not annoying.

I recently got a ton of sleeves in a huge lot I purchased, so I'm good for now. :D

well the seller is no longer selling the sleeves. I bought a lot of 10 but now after putting some games back in the cases (I had a travel case for hucards) I think I am coming up short. Anyone have extras they could sell or trade for?

thanks

Go check out www.goatstore.com (http://www.goatstore.com/). I recently bought some from there. They're not new, and don't look it, but they're better than nothing.

Heads up,

I lucked out since I previously bought from the seller and still had his email. He is no longer on ebay but I shot him an email and got this response:

I do have lots of sleeves and would appreciate the referrels.  Thank you.  I have a good amount of turbo games and accessories as well.  The website will go live in a few months or so.  Keep your eye out for www.peopleplaygames.com (http://www.peopleplaygames.com/)

Yes, I have opened a retail store in Chicago and I am currently working on my
website.

and if you want to buy some he said to drop him a line until his website goes live: peopleplaygames@yahoo.com (mailto:peopleplaygames@yahoo.com)

Just bought 20 more, these are actually very good quality and a much better deal than used sleeves at Goat store.

Color me intrigued, as I could use a few spare sleeves.  How close are these to the originals, and what exactly is different about 'em?  Could I talk you into posting a pic?

Necro,

I will have to try and figure out which is which because I just used on my loose chips a while back. Although it shouldn't be hard to tell. I always noticed some variation on the material used on the sleeves (maybe it was JP vs US) but these are very nice. The material feels soft (not hard like some variations) and it is nice and clear. Unfortunately some of my old sleeves "yellowed" but since these are new they are pristine.

Mukanshin,
Have you bought any software from the Goat Store? I guess my real question is whether the games and prices they have listed reflect the stock they actually have in hand, or are they just theoretical prices on games they could get, maybe.

I've been looking (not too intently) for a reliable used game store that sells Turbo Games. Annoyingly hard to come by. Game Dude is alright, but they only have a handful of titles at any given time.

rondeau- ever try estarland.com?  I've ordered from them in the past and they were reliable and if I remember correctly had excellent packing... I don't know about their prices of late but you should check them out.

I ordered once from goat store and it took awhile for the game to arrive...

No, I haven't bought anything but sleeves from the Goat Store. I have placed an order with Rising Stuff (http://www.risingstuff.com/store/) and had good luck though. They're worth checking out.
