and When I opened the console the thing above the yellow cable had nothing connected

hucard slot on a PC-FX MB? Can you do me a favor and take a snap of the insides of a PC-FX controller (hi-res) and both the top and bottom of the PCB? I need to know for a new controller mod.

Well even if it was a fully functional HuCard slot, that USA Keith Courage TurboChip wouldn't work anyways due to the region lock...

Ahh it has a micro controller! That is a bummer. What is labeled on the micro controller? Also I see the wires were cut, what is the fate of this controller?

Are you plugging a Hucard into the 3D chip slot on the PC-FX motherboard?

Yes,but a cut a little bit plastic of the card.
