Title: Turbo Grafx 16 LT?

The seller claims (in Engrish, of course) that this is a rare Turbo Grafx 16 version of the PC Engine LT, despite the PC Engine logo still being shown in one obscured photo. What could it be exactly? I don't see any kind of region switches on it. Is he plugging in a TG16/PCE console into the LT and displaying the picture on it in the photo where it's turned on?

lol..just a moded pce lt. it's not rarer than all other lts around. even less, since it's not original anymore.
