If I use my PC-E with an AV booster in order to have AV output...
can I connect the PC-E to a PAL (Philips) TV that does not
have an NTSC tuner but can support 50-60Hz.
For instance, the TV shows the 60Hz mode on Sega Dreamcast games.
It does work this way, or I need an NTSC TV?
Please, help, somebody... I am comfused!

I don't know the AV booster but think that you'll need an NTSC->PAL convertor. The PCE send out an NTSC-J signal, and as long as your TV can't display NTSC you won't get the correct picture (black/white screen).
I own an older Philips TV myself, which displays 60Hz without a problem, but cannot display the NTSC signal provided by my PC-FX without a convertor.
Hope this helps

Hmmmm! Thanks a lot! Do you know were to find a NTSC>PAL converter? I've search a lot of times on the internet, but found nothing!
Thanks again!

I bought mine at Play-Asia. Have a look for it here (http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-i-77-7-15-converter-70-1au.html).
Or try the one available at Lik-Sang here (http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=26&products_id=1686&).
It doesn't delivers highest quality picture, but it's better than nothing. I use it for connecting my PC-FX and I'm quite pleased with the quality. The best way for connecting your PCE would be to have an RGB mod installed.
