Yeah, you guys are probably going to think I lost it, but I went and ordered a little Christmas present to myself this year:

A BRAND NEW Super Famicom system.. Price was a little steep at 240 bucks shipping included, but my old SNES broke and I decided to go for the gusto and buy an SFC instead of SNES and get something Minty Fresh for once. I will give you more pics when it arrives.

That's indeed pricey, but it's a nice present from Santa. Have fun with that puppy!
-
That price ain't too bad since it included shipping. SFCs are pricey for us americans, let alone brand new ones! :)
-
The price isn't bad considering what it originally retailed for.
-
Compared to people paying $400 for a PS3 (which sucks) this is a good price for one of the greatest systems ever.
-
Yeah, that is exactly how I looked at it, People pay alot more for new systems today, and they suck compared to Super Famicom. It is about exactly the same price as if I bought it new in the early 90's.

My friend whines that 60$ games nowadays sucks.
I was like "dude, my parents forked out like 80$ to buy me chrono trigger, and that was for SNES back in 95."
Stuff today is cheaper than it used to be still! :)
