Title: Battery Packs for Express and LT?

I was just wondering if there were any battery charger pack things for the Turbo Express/PCE GT? I think there is one for the LT that I've read about somewhere. Anyways if there is one for the Express (I know there is a car adapter), where would it plug into the system? I'm asking this because I was wondering if I could plug my Game Gear battery pack into the Turbo Express and use it like that and also if you could use the Express battery pack on a LT. Please inform me on this!
