Smash TV
Arcade card, imagine the possibilities (added console levels, whatever).
-
Contra realy konami didn't have a problem putting salamander, gradius and even castlevaina on it.Not to mention the console was dry on the selection for run'n'gun games.
-
contra in the very fist place!!!! & daiku no gensan

I thought back in the day I read that they were working on a Contra, or maybe the original Contra, for the Turbo. That one is still high on my list of what I'd like to help become a reality. The NES Contra, with the arcade's graphics!
-
that would be the best mix of just possible!!
-
Smash TV on the Arcade Card would have been amazing. =P~ I'm going to smash my TV when I get home in frustration that this never came to fruition.
-
Smash TV and Contra would've been awesome! I'd also would've loved to see Earthworm Jim, RC Pro Am, Mortal Kombat (a guilty pleasure), and Tetris.
-
I would have liked to have seen more Sunsoft side-scrollers. They made some NICE stuff on the NES. Batman is interesting and all, but it just doesn't do it for me.

I would have loved to have seen a Blaster Master sequel on the TG/PCE.

you've obviously never played BM2 on the Genesis. it was REALLY bad.

Ugh. :(
...well, I would have been happy with a simple remake of the original - even something along the lines of a New Adventure Island type remake. Blaster Master would have been sexy on the TG.

Final Fight. 8)

Oh, hells yeah! But none of the SNES single player, AWOL Guy crap; we already have that in the form of Riot Zone. :D

It was sweet on Sega CD.. would have been great if NEC Ave could have given it the same treatment.
-
One of the problems with the PCE was too damn much Hudson and NEC Avenue development. There just weren't enough other 3rd parties playing along. Stupid Nintendo... I don't know if they had the grip in Japan they had in the US, but I'm sure they were involved somehow.

Pit Fighter? Karnov? Time Killers? I question your taste in games, sir...
-
We almost got Pit Fighter. There's probably some beta floating around somewhere, like that one of Off the Wall that showed up, though, I think there were card & cd version's of Pit Fighter. Either way, I'd like to see both of them, but moreso the cd one.

I would have loved it if:
Westwood Associates released Eye of the Beholder
Cinemaware released Defender of the Crown
ICOM Simulations released Shadowgate 1, Uninvited, Deja Vu 1 and 2
Accolade released Star Control 2
Data East released Bad Dudes and Heavy Barrel
Konami released Yie Ar Kung Fu, Castlevania 1 2 & 3, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade game
Namco released Rolling Thunde 1 & 2
Taito released Rastan 1
Tengen released Gauntlet
Many of these games were released on the NES, with a few being released on the Genesis, and Rastan was released on the Sega Master System. I'm not a programmer but I don't think it would have been difficult for many of these companies to make a Turbografx/PC Engine port of these games (especially the ones that were released on the 8-bit systems)

Heh, I not only had a wish list....
But me and m'man Photoshop brought them into visualization!
