TweenGenII version 0.0.1 now available

Hello PCEFX community!

My name is Richard, and I am a freelance game developer living in Texas. 8)

Some of you have heard from Keranu of a tool that I wrote for him last year.

Anyone looking for a fast way of rotating sprites/tiles while keeping the same colors, look no further than TweenGen! The official rotation software of Frozen Utopia :P .
