Im sure he would come down on it eventually and he also has a make offer option so someone could offer him lower and see if he accepts!

Indeed. $200 for a sealed Ys III is price gouging of gamesquad-ian proportions.

A much more rare sealed copy of Ys 1-2 just went for $125.
