Quote
“Kill Bill” star David Carradine was found dead in a Bangkok hotel room Wednesday, his manager told FOX News Thursday.

His manager told FOX News that it is believed the actor died of natural causes.

Carradine, 73, was staying in Bangkok while shooting a movie. The film crew became aware of his absence when they went to dine out at a restaurant yesterday. When a producer went to his room, he discovered that the actor had died.

Carradine was best known for his role in the television series “Kung Fu.”

R.I.P. :(

altough hated him for almost my whole live because his awful kung-fu starring, I learnd to dig him quite a lot in the past few years :)

Other reports state that he hung himself with the drapery cords (most certainly not natural causes), but it's unfortunate either way.  Too bad he's gone; he was always entertaining and didn't seem to take himself too seriously.

I hope he didn't kill himself. There was no good reason for him to do that.

This is a bit odd no? That he's gonna off himself in a painful way at 72 years old?  On a career upswing?

Phenominal guitar player amongst other things. He was featured in Martin Scorsese's "The Blues" series in 2004, and I was blown away by his depth of study.

It's very unfortunate and likely not a suicide as first reported. The info that was originally released makes it sound like something else happened, but the media and/or local police interpreted it as a suicide without investigating.

I have heard that it may have been auto-erotic asphyxiation. I heard this on the internet, so it is true.

Word.. CNN reports he was found not only with a rope around his neck, but with a rope around
his genitals as well.

I will mourn by watching Death Race 2000, 2000 times! That single movie made him one of the best there ever was!  8)

I refuse to believe that Carradine had committed suicide.  The circumstances around the time of his death just don't play out as he was ready to make a full upswing on his career.

Rope around his neck and genitals? Looks SUSPICIOUS to me! :-k

This sounds to me like its probably accurate.  To each their own as long as it doesn't affect anyone else.  Not my cup of tea though.
