..explain a n00b the awesomeness of the PC Engine with the intention to convince him buying the system, how would you do that?

Rules:
- no games nor pictures or videos are allowed to show
- no violence allowed
- no corruption
- only a verbal conversation with convincing facts

so what would you say to that n00b now?

Finally get to experience Dracula X. It may be region free, but that's beside the point. :lol:

Side note: I'll get my first experience with the game in about a week. Nice, and minty fresh straight from Japan. :D

All the ladies LOVE the pc-engine!  They love the cuteness of it.  They love the puzzle games.  They love the manliness of Cho Anki.  The system and HuCards themselves are stylish as all hell.  It's a ladies magnet machine yo!

Why would anyone try to convince someone of the magnificence of the PCE and not use visual aids?  Kinda pointless - like racing cars without fuel or nudity free soft-core porn.  :(

Besides listing the high points of the library (specifically the genres/titles the noob is interested in), I don't think there's many facts that would convince anyone to purchase a PCE.

me:  The PCE was the first console to use CDs!
noob:  Thanks for the history lesson, professor.
me:  The disc games are region free and the cartridges are thin little cards!
noob:  Neat, though hardly a reason to buy something.
me:  Yeah, well... its library is more than 800 titles strong!
noob:  The ZX Spectrum has far more.  Want one?
me:  Not really.
noob:  Didn't think so.
me:  It has a palette of 512 colors, up to 512x242 resolution, and can toss 64 sprites on screen at a time!
noob:  The Jaguar beats that quite handily.  Should I get one of those instead?
me:  Er... that's probably not a good idea.
noob:  Don't you have any screen shots or something?
me:  Nope - not allowed.  Hey, you like *insert list of noob's favorite arcade titles*, don't you?  It has ports of those games.
noob:  That's nice, but aren't arcade perfect ports of most of those available on newer consoles?
me:  Umm... yeah, I guess, but it has *insert list of games in noob's preferred genre* that you can't get anywhere else.
noob:  Good, now we're getting somewhere.  Are they fun?
me:  Sorry - that's opinion, not fact.  Just go buy one, ya douchebag.  :lol:

it's just a game, and every game has certain rules to make it more difficult :)

id just do what I told a friend, minus the youtube video propaganda.

"It looks and plays better than an Amiga and the community isnt full of a$$holes.  Theres CD games for it.  They own.  Buy one."
