in celebration of the approaching 30th anniversary of PACMAN, several convenience stores started to sell those PACMAN "mans" :)

Those squiggly lines mean nothing to me, so please lend a moron a hand.  What the heck is it?  Candy?  A little cake?  Whatever it is, I want some.  =P~

it clearly says they are baked pac-men.  Freshly captured and cooked alive for your eating pleasure.
