I like this bit

Quote from: Hugo Chavez
"Those games they call 'PlayStation' are poison. Some games teach you to kill. They once put my face on a game, 'you've got to find Chavez to kill him.'" The games sold for the PS are used as propogando to "later sell weapons," and they "promote the need for cigarettes, drugs and alcohol so they can sell them. That's capitalism, the road to hell."

What game has Hugo Chavez in it?  But I must admit that I NEED cigarettes, drugs and alcohol due to playing games.  Who doesn't?  I mean we need to sell them, and what better way to sell them than to start a videogame industry?  That's probably the ONLY way to sell cigarettes, drugs and alcohol.

Indeed.  I long for the good ol' days when drugs, smokes, booze, and videogames were practically nonexistent.  Too bad those f*cking 60's hippies ruined everything by inventing videogames.

To be fair to Chavez, how many Republican or Democrat Presidents/First Ladies have declared that the cause of society's ills are video games? Seems to be a political card no matter what side of the spectrum you stand on.

I think Einstein's mathematical equation goes something like this:

  + fun + $ - morals = societal decay

Haven't you heard?  We aren't responsible for our actions.  For every impulse to kill can be blamed on music, movies, or games.  It's the american way!

They're talking about mercenaries 2. It doesn't mention him by name but I would say it can definitely be inferred that you are trying to kill him. That's what I thought of when I first read about it.
