Did they mention Cobra Command (NES)? I love that game... it's the totally unappreciated Data East game.

LOVE THAT GAME!

On a side note, I just listened to the last episode tonight (Lunar)...

I enjoy the subject matter of Retronauts, but the actual show...usually sounds like a bunch of guys reciting Wikis they read an hour ago.

I suppose I'll give this episode a try since its Data East.

I know, this is the plight of any show where the hosts/guests delve beyond their core areas of knowledge.

At least Retronauts isn't nearly as annoying as many other videogame-related podcasts. :)

That's because we are both swayed by sunteam_paul's accent. :)

Slap a southern (U.S.A.) drawl on him and I would be much more skeptical. It's not fair, it's totally just that my Northeastern ears perk up when I hear a drawl. :)

(I'm joking, I'm joking. OK, I'm 95% joking. I really am wary of drawls.)
