Title: Why do some games have the Super and Arcade CD Icons on them
Post by: gamemaster14 on July 12, 2005, 02:24:57 PM
I was just wondering why some games have both the super cd and arcade cd icons on their case. Does it mean that they run on the super system card but are enhanced by the arcade card?

Exactly. Sometimes the load times are faster, sometimes the cinemas have extra frames of animation, etc. It would be neat if we had some thorough comparisons of the hybrid games to see exactly how they differ, but you get the general idea.

When I get my TGCD replacement plug I will test some games since I have a System Card 2.0, Super 3.0 and Arcade Card. I cant wait to get my system back.
