Also: Is Ohio still considered a state, or is it simply a protectorate?

Too bad it is the week after I get back from vacation when I will be broke.  Maybe I can convince my gf to go with me...  I am relatively close in Buffalo, NY.

well if you are broke, it certainly may not be worth the trip!  lotta gas just to get here....

It's not as huge and lavish as the MGC.    It takes place in one giant hall.   You can see in the video footage.  Its still a kick ass time though!   Lots of goods to be had, games to be played, and chicken wings to be eaten

Lots of chicken wings?  I am from Buffalo, I am pretty sure Cleveland has nothing to offer on the chicken wing front...

You think there will be anyone at this thing that could fix two broken Laseractive machines for a reasonable price?  Maybe a Turbo Express sound fix?

the little show takes place next to a bar/lounge thing.  :D

hmm, I don't know about that, its mostly collectors, not repairers.  Though I have never asked anyone if they are savvy at that stuff.

From what I understand seeing every aspect of the show within the time allowed usually isn't a problem.

its 8 hrs long, and takes place in a room thats about the size of a public swimming pool.

The show went good.   alot of interest in the homebrew stuff!  A few hopeful PSG chiptuners were interested in squirrel.

alot of people were interested in Insanity, and Mysterious Song.


that and there was tons of crap to buy!

The only copy I've ever seen of Judgement Silversword was there. At $170 though I had to pass. I just bought old FC games.

This was a fun event.

They should've worked this event to fit my schedule better...

So at 5:24, a PSG tune player is shown on a monitor.... were these some of the tunes you shared on threads in the past weeks?

yes, there was a chiptune demo with 6 songs you could cycle through

unfortunately it was kinda loud and you couldnt hear R-Type at that time..

well, I could.   but the camera didn't pick it up!
