I'm confused, that looks like a US system.

And yeah, it'd be nice if people signed up here to be a part of the community, rather than just advertise their eBay auctions.

Maybe imported because he modded the pins to play import games? So you would need a convertor to play US games?
Would be nice if that was mentioned in the auction.

Looks like just the games are Imported.... boy that would suck to buy that and not be able to play any of the games....
