MonkeyPaw Games (http://monkeypawgames.com/)
John Greiner, the former president of Hudson Entertainment, has started up a new company whose mission it is to bring 'real' Japanese games to the good ol' US of A. Sounds good, as I'm all for localizing more good Japanese games, preferably without ham-fisted 'improvements' (a.k.a. - Irelandizing).
P.S. - Their logo would be far, far cooler if it featured Bazaru.

Another Working Designs maybe? Miss them.
EDIT: Could be even better than Working Designs. I hope they achieve what they are setting out to do.
-
That is very nice to hear! I wish them the best of luck. I will definitely be keeping an eye on them and see what they plan to bring over first.

Afther listening to a recent podcast of retronuats. It's been confirmed...they are gonna be publishing jpn PS1 titles for the PS3 PSN.
-
PS1 huh? Well, I guess that shoots down any chance of any Far East of Eden games finally making it here :D Well, I'll wait n' see what happens I guess.

Offhand, I just can't think of much that didn't make it over, that's really good, but I'm sure there's something we shoulda got, just can't recall much.

Reportedly, the following titles are slated for North Americanization:
Blockids
Cho Aniki
GaiaSeed
Magical Drop F
Outlaws of the Lost Dynasty

Cho Aniki? Ugh, IIRC, that's the really REALLY uber....um, heterosexually impaired one :D Gaia Seed sound familiar. I think I have/had Outlaws of the Lost Dynasty for Saturn, don't recall anything great about it.
2 games I did think of that I would love to be brought over are SuikoGaiden's 1 & 2. Normally I don't care for Adventure/Digital Comic's, but, since I love the Suikoden games, I'd love to have those in english. Though, moreso, I'd love them to be remade into actual RPG's!
