I don't think that's for the PC Engine - where's the pins? A little googling says that Invecta/Besta is a maker of electronic dictionaries, which use memory cards for updating and changing dictionaries; newer devices use SD/MMC cards, but older devices (they've been around since '89) would've used something like a PCMCIA or JEIDA card.
