I have a RGB modded Duo R that I plugged up today and the crappy included RGB cable is messed up again. I'm tired of resoldering it, can someone please sell or make me a good quality RGB Scart cable for this? It was modded by Doujindance on ebay, I'm sure I can dig up the pinout in the Mod forums somewhere since we talked about it at length a few years back.
I have paypal ready to go!

What kind of connector is the other end?
-
There are no standards for this, so I'd have to know exactly what was in your particular cable circuitry-wise.
My guess would be that the cable would be straight through with an amp in the Duo R...but that's just a guess.

The DIN plug was replaced with a DIN 8, with the extra pins adding RGB lines. When I get to an actual computer I'll look up more detailed specs.
Edit: This picture shows the pinout:

Looks like I have found one (thanks Senshi!)

Just make sure the cable you get is the C DIN, and not the U DIN! The cable needed for the genesis model 1 is the U DIN, and the one your duo needs is the C DIN! The closest one I found is sold by mouser http://www.mouser.com/catalog/specsheets/KC-300361.pdf. The only thing you have to do is solder the wires to the scart end. If you get the wrong din it will be a hell trying to plug it in the console.

That doesn't follow Neo-Geo, or MSX2 Scart. Can't think of anything else that uses Din8.

Curious what's messed up internally? If you properly resolder it, shouldn't it be secure?
If the wires are falling off the connector, use more solder on them. It the pins in the
connector are falling out, just buy a new connector. Why a whole new cable?

Yeah need more details on what the issue is. You can email Chaoticjelly and have him make you a custom cable. Same cable as Neo Geo just different pinout.
