Title: Need Some Help Fixing My DuoRX

i got a duo rx that wont load cds... the laser is confirmed working as i tested it on my duo-r and it worked fine. I tried adjusting the pots as much as i could but cant get it to fire up. it plays hucards fine but 3.0 screen just says loading and the cd just spins all day. i tried adjusting all the pots in every different location possible... here are some pics of where they are at now...

any help or suggestions would be a great help! Thanks to anyone who responds....
