Title: Best PPF patcher for PCE CD games

Hey guys. I want to play the Startling Odyssey II translation, but I can't seem to patch it correctly. What PPF tool do you guys use? How can I best guarantee my success?

I did the sensible thing and just downloaded the thing already patched.

If you are having issues I'd suspect the game wasn't ISO-ed correctly. Are you using TurboRip to extract it?
