I have a brand new controller and extension cable and sometimes button I stops functioning for unknown reasons. I am assuming that it is the controller port. Is there any repair options to remedy this? I'd hate to buy a new Turbo Grafx.

I've seen controller ports wear out before, or develop cracks in their solder joints. Sometimes its just a matter of replacing the port or reflowing the solder joints on the port.

I'd much rather send it off. My TG and me have been through a lot together. :)
I didn't notice any problems until MGC. I'll blame that guy who tore through Double Dragon II twice!

I'm a tad backed up on repairs right now, but I'm sure we could squeeze you in somehow :P

Dude, I have no doubt that you are backed up! :) I will get with you when I am ready to ship it out. Whenever that may be.

Well if it helps, that Supergrafx will be shipping out tomorrow, so at least you can obey some while your unit is away getting fixed up. :P
