i got a mr gimmich game for the nes and it has some glitch in it toware the bottom of the screen is scrambled......
-
dumbest poll of ever.
-
The best way to fix it is to freeze the cart overnight then plunge it into a bowl of boiling water (make sure you spread some mustard on the contacts beforehand).
If that doesn't work, then slowly simmer it for 20 minutes in beef stock.

I am guessing you're playing the PAL cart on an NTSC system (either with a disabled NES-10 chip or on a top loader)?
There is no fix.

there should be a 3rd poll option for "get a PAL NES and a 50hz compatible TV"
-
just, really don't forget the mustard and you should be fine. Let us know!
-
Famicom version is NTSC with super sound. Get that.

There's two different PAL NES's that are incompatible with one another. There's a PAL A and a PAL B NES.
Mr. Gimmick is a PAL B cart
-
haha why would they do that?

I had the same problem, but just played through it anyway.
