Post by: Mathius on May 17, 2011, 05:53:57 PM
John D has contacted me about next year's MGC and he would like to get anyone's email addy who would like to participate in helping with systems, TVs, general setup etc. This includes both Turbofest and all other retro consoles and computers. Those of you who would like on board for next year please PM me your personal email. Even if you have sent your email to me once before please send it again so I can have a nice compact list of all those helping out. Thanks!

Yeah I'm sending mine! Next year is going to be bigger and better. We need a better space. f*cking jaguar should be by the door or we should make. Signs that say do not enter and emergency exit only if we get stuck in that spot.

Obviously the show is still a ways off, but I would say the chances are we'll incorporate the Turbo Fest within the old "Die-Hard Gamer Console Arcade" room. That room will be re-branded and likely become a sort of community room where people bring in their game systems and stuff to show off and play. Of course, we're going to need help to make this room at least as kick-ass as it was this year, hopefully better! :)
Later.

I think im going to try and rent a timeshare for the week so a bunch of us could have a cool place to crash and play games. Wouldn't be any more costly than a hotel for a few nights.

That reminds me, I think there is a PCE faceball, I would LOVE to get my hands on that!

For a few years now we've considered doing a 16-player Game Boy Faceball 2000 network, but the logistics of it are a bit daunting. If you guys are serious about setting the whole thing up, I can probably assist you with it.
Anyway...
If you're planning on doing something at the MGC and haven't sent Mathius your contact information, please do so soon. We're about to begin the museum preparations for 2012.

I may have enough gameboy and cables, but I "only" have 5-9 copies of faceball, I think... I keep seeing one at a store around me, but they want $10 which is too much...
On another forum, I am always trying to get the 16 player session, but people think I am crazy!

Just received this from DHG Hunter:
Hey folks,
Sorry for the delay in writing to you guys about next year’s Midwest Gaming Classic museum… I was waiting to see if another person or two would be joining us, but it appears we have some other plans in mind for them and I’d really like to get started on this now while things are relatively quiet. Anyway…
Thank you for getting back to Matt in regards to the aforementioned MGC 2012’s museum! As you guys are probably aware by now, this last show was the final time I’ll be able to bring as much stuff as I have in the past; effectively opening up a couple of rooms in the museum hall including the large room we used for the “Die-Hard Gamer Console Arcade” last year. This change has nothing to do with any problems with the show, but rather I graduate soon and it appears that I’ll be headed out of the area for a job. So either we’re going to need one collector to bring a whole lot of stuff next year, or we can follow Marty’s example with his room by opening up the show to several collectors, thereby lessoning the load on everybody’s shoulders and putting together an even better show this coming year!
The way I’d like to start this off is by first asking each of you what your gaming interests are, and then I’d like to get an idea for what kind of games and systems you were thinking about doing next year? Please, respond to all and let us know what your handle is on the PC Engine FX forums as well as what your real name is.
Let me start things off…
My name is J.D. Norman, and I go by the handle “DHG Hunter” on most forums which stands for “Die-Hard Gamer Hunter.” I chose Hunter as a pen name over a decade ago because Vampire Hunter D was one of the first great anime movies I ever saw.
My gaming interests are probably best described by some of my friends as being a bit of a “collectwhore”. I like collecting and playing some of the best games from every system I can get my hands on NES and later. Of course I do have some favorites like the Super NES and some disappointments like the Jagaur CD, but I really do like going through my games and playing something from just about every system when I get the itch. That itch led me to get into the Jaguar for a little while about a decade ago, and that in turn led me read about the Jagfest 2K1 in Milwaukee, or as it is now called, the Midwest Gaming Classic. =)
The same could be said about what genres of games I like, but I definitely have a stronger interest in head to head fighting games like Street Fighter 2, action games like Ninja Gaiden, RPG’s like Final Fantasy, and adventure games like Super Metroid.
As for games and systems… Well, if I still end up being close to the area, there’s a good chance I can bring a few systems to fill out the museum’s selection, but there is a strong chance the only thing I’ll be able to bring is a few games and maybe a game system or two.
I believe Max (sxemax@hotmail.com, I CC’ed him to this e-mail) is taking over the Versus Room next year and we’ll have some support from the GOAT Store again this coming show, but we’re definitely going to need some help from people like yourselves to make this show great! One thing that will definitely help is if we can provide some of the bulkier stuff like TV’s and computer monitors. GOAT provides a lot of that every year, but if we can take care of a good chunk of that stuff, there’s a stronger possibility that GOAT can provide us with other things for the museum like game systems, controllers, and games.
So, please respond as soon as you can and let’s get started making this thing great!
Later.
This was my response:
John,
Things seem to be shaping up rather nicely. My interests? They mirror yours pretty closely. I collect things that I want to play rather than just to have something sit on my shelf looking pretty. There are zero sealed games sitting in my game room. I have had games in my hands that have been sealed for a few decades that I have gladly ripped open and enjoyed.
I tend to collect things that I either had as a geeky kid (and stupidly sold as a dumb teenager), or always wanted but never had the resources to buy until the advent of eBay and gaming forums like PCFX. Systems like the Super Grafx, Neo Geo, the Famicom with its fascinating Disk System, and obviously the Turbografx/PC Engine. Now there is a console my friends! My favorite gaming platform has always been the Super Nintendo, but the PC Engine just brings on the awesome-sauce and doesn't let up. Period. It always comes so close to toppling the SNES off its perch. Games like Spriggan, Dungeon Explorer I & II, Ys, Dracula X are experiences that are only possible on the PC Engine. My love for that system grows everyday. For Example, I first got my Turbo CD in the spring of 2009. That spring also came with the arrival of games like The Legendary Axe, Blazing Lazers, and the first Dungeon Explorer. Even though I haven't played those games in my youth, when I boot them up waves of nostalgia flow over me and remind me of that spring and all the NEC goodness that came with that season of youth and new life. That never ceases to amaze me!
The Neo Geo was the second of my "Holy Grail" systems that I acquired later in life. Crossed Swords, Cyber-Lip, and Samurai Showdown were top on my "to get" list. Sadly most of the NG library is way out of my league due to cost. But, a shiny Neo Geo, and its cheapo games, will always have a place in my home.
Systems that I would like to get in the future include the FM Townes, Jaguar (had one of these back in the day also), and the Japanese Sega Master System. Hopefully one day...
My current system list off the top of my head are:
Super Nes, NES, Super Famicom, Twin Famicom (Disk System side is in for repair.), Turbo CD + Murai converter, modded Neo Geo, modded Genesis, model 1 Sega CD, Super Grafx (thanks to BlueBMW), Sega Master System, model 1 Sega Saturn, Sony Playstation 1 and 2, Nintendo 64, Sega Dreamcast.... I may be forgetting some.
I will have enough room in my car to maybe bring the Neo Geo, Super Fami, Twin Fami (as long as the repair is successful), one CRT TV, Turbo CD (obviously! Turbofest Duh!), and possibly one more. I will leave the Super Grafx to BlueBMW (Byron) unless we will have need for a 2nd unit. My unit is missing a few port covers, but it still looks nice. My SNES is yellowed so if anyone has a pristine Super Nintendo please step up and submit your unit for examination! ;)
Wow this email is becoming a novel. If I think of anymore I will gladly add to it. Hope this helps JD. See you in retro land! =)
Matt (Mathius) Turner

my response this morning- sorry twas at work half asleep (If I forgot anything, or rambled a bit =)) Hey there JD,
Good to hear from you, here is my best effort of describing myself and my interests :)
My name is Joshua, I go by the handle of _joshuaTurbo or turbosage, or turboStar on most forums. I can be found on PCenginefx.com, segasaturn.uk, gamescape, and of course as billbitchtits on theultimatehellokitty.com forums!! The last one was a 'shot in the dark' effort at comedy... sorry. The turbo part of my name, comes from my favorite console of all times - the turbografx/duo console. the 'sage' part comes from one of my favorite moments in Beyond Shadowgate (another turbo game) when you meet the 'sage' in the woods and hilarity ensues! I also go by turbo'Star' on some forums, and the name change from sage to star was actually the result of a small project film I was working on in 2007-2008. the film never came to fruition and was lost/scrapped and I was just too lazy to change my name back to turbosage...lol Sorry, I'm rambling.
My gaming interests are 'just play fun games damnit' I enjoy games that are fun, or have somehow hit me in a way that make them unforgettable! I don't necessarily collect games, but I do have what I'd consider a substantial amount of games. I search and dig for good deals at thrift stores and online sites and buy up what looks fun to play, or what I remember having fun with in my youth. My favorite consoles that I own would be Turbo Duo (Region mod), SNES, NES, Sega Saturn, and Dreamcast. I also own C64,TI994/a, Atari 7800, Sega Genesis/Sega CD model 2, Virtual Boy, most of the GB/GBA/GBC/Nintendo DS/DSi stuff, Nintendo Wii, N64, Original Xbox (XBMC modded), an xbox 360 w/ 20g HDD and Playstation 2. Last time I checked we had over 300 games in our collection. I hope one day to add a Tandy CoCo, NeoGeo Pocket Colour and a NEO GEO AES, MVS modded, or a NEO GEO CD to our gaming selection.
my favorite kind of games would be RPG's, Fighting games, Shooters, and action adventure. If I were to list 5 games off the top of my head that changed my life they'd be Panzer Dragoon Saga, Castlevania IV, Ys Book I&II, Beyond Shadowgate, and Ultima: Quest of the Avatar.
As far as what I could bring to MGC '12, well that depends on how much is needed. I have a 2007 Chevy Uplander with plenty of space. I could bring computer monitors, Box TV's and any number of consoles and games needed. I would assume I would be bringing the Duo and collection for the Turbob Fest portion of the show. But would love to bring more Saturn, 7800, and Virtual Boy stuff to show off some amazing games!
I live in central WI, and its about a 4 hour drive to the Milwaukee area. I'll be bringing my family with, helpful load carriers LOL. I would assume if we really pack my Uplander full, I'd be able to fit at least 5 TV's and pretty much as many consoles as we'd need. I only currently own 4 old style TV's but am always on the lookout for decent retro gaming tubes at thrifty stores and garage sales.
Let me know if there is anything else you might need, or if you have any questions! L8r, Joshua

I have always really wanted one... But you can get those things that hang from your neck.
We can make ones that say exclusive shit on them, like: Most valuable co-op player in Parasol Stars. Or Splatterhouse Speedrun Champion 69:10, or even Bonk 3 Big Brother...
And some f*cking holograms!, mmmmm, holograms....
I made a shirt with bonk on it, (i.e. black shirt with iron on transfer on), it looks pretty freakin good, and I am waiting for the first person to be like, oh shit, that is bonk, nice shirt. But it hasn't happened yet, and probably will not happen in the wild...

If you'all wear buttons or coordinated t-shirts, I might have to distance myself. You'll all look like a group of Chinese tourist.
How about we just all sit around and play the greatest console evah while waxin' fond memories of the heyday for 16-bit gaming (and have a few beers).

...doing Ghostbusters style jumpsuits with SEGA or NES inside the red crossed out circle. :)
I'd be fightin' ya over the Sega, but Nintendo is all good to bash. Better to go positive and hype the NEC name. At least at a gaming con folks might "get" what you mean but outside of the game world people will think you are a Microsoft or Sony fanboy.
How about we get some beer koozies with "OBEY" written on them? Don't worry, any soda can will fit also :)

So a week ago, I had to get my brakes fixed. There were other problems as well, and the whole thing cost me $1000. I'll still be paying it off in March, so I'm not sure I can make it. :(
If I get my taxes done early and my return is enough, it might still be on the table.

So what is the overall plan anyway? Same as last year with a separate room specifically for OBEY?
Not this year. Everything is going to be in the Die-Hard Gamer room (I think that is what it is called) along with all the other retro/current gen consoles.

Last year, if you pre-bought tickets, even when you had them in your hand. You had to stand in a line while an old lady looked your name up on a list. That's vintage.

Nah, we just want to keep the post office afloat for another day or so with our contributions... ;)
Seriously, yes, you should get your tickets in the mail.
As for the iphone/android app, honestly that is something that would be very easy *IF* I had time to do it, but as a few of the guys here can attest to, I haven't had a lot of time lately to do much of anything beyond planning the museum. When Mati runs the whole show for us maybe then I'll get a chance to do it... ;)
Later.

Ugh. I'd say that mantle is going to fall on your shoulders, JD. Someone will need to when Dan Loosen is finally rolling in the $$ thanks to brisk sales of Jaguar merchandise at the Goat Store. :P

I thought Guildbook was free but I found out from Animazement that you start to get charged when you have over 200 downloads. So the powers that be decided to not utilize it. I make fun of them because they are so cheap.

I changed my plans, and gonna return home Monday morning (thanks to Blue) instead of Sunday afternoon. Still getting in Friday afternoon, I know you'all can't wait (for me)!
As I asked Blue, if any games or accessories are needed, post up! Hate to fly all the way up there and be stuck with FOUR player Battle Lode Runner ](*,)

I can provide some items if needed as well. I'm driving, so I can fit some stuff in the back of the truck. A tv, system or two, games, accessories, etc. Just let me know ahead of time.

I'll ask JD to see if he needs any more TVs. 20'' or smaller CRTs are best. Flat panels work too. Nothing too heavy.

FYI, if anyone is interested in hotel rooms for the MGC at the Sheraton, we only have a few rooms left through the online ordering: http://www.starwoodmeeting.com/Book/mgc12
In addition, while presale tickets are now closed, there are still a few tournament presales available yet before those run out including Up to Par and the Tom Taylor Arcade Tour which I highly recommend: http://www.midwestgamingclassic.com/tickets/
Beyond that, I hope to see a lot of you at the MGC this year! Be sure to stop in the Die-Hard Gamer room and see what a lot of your friends here were able to put together! :)

Instead of staying at the hotel, my dad snagged me a cheap time share for the time covering the MGC. But its about 20 miles west of the convention. A few others are staying there with me, so there will be TVs and game systems IN USE once we get back from the convention Saturday night. So if anyone else wants to stay up late playing games, they're welcome to come on down!

I unloaded the videos off of my 4S last night and checked them out - I took a video walkthrough each day of all the games up and running right after we set them all up and before the crowds showed up. I'll post them on youtube soon; they came out really well.
I was going to dub music over them but I don't want to disturb the sound of all the machines running at once. It sounds so awesome.
I brought my Nikon DSLR with me over the weekend but just never got a chance to really get out there and do photography. Definitely will be taking more photos next year.

how could that happened? is the MGC a 10 million peeps event? is it like 10x louvre size, where it takes you 10 days to find the very last room? or was you like waiting two days in front of the entrance waiting for a call which never came? I don't geddid.

All I can do is apologize.
I got to the MGC at 8:30 Friday morning. I was setting up / working until nearly midnight Friday. I got there Saturday morning well before the show started and stayed well after doing more setup. Sunday morning same deal and didnt leave the show til almost 8pm (the show ended at 5) Like I said, it was a whirlwind of non stop something. If I forgot to call someone (in fact two people now that I think of it) I am sorry. All that was missed was two hours of 5 of us playing a few rounds of turbo and neo geo. While it was fun it wasnt that much of an event. Anyone here will tell you thst I try and accomodate everyone I can every chance I get, often to my own detriment or expense. So for the fourth time now... I apologize!

Either way, it doesn't matter. I think I'm going to stick with the local shows from now on anyway, though I have a whole year to change my mind. Had alot of fun and it was great to meet you guys in person. Had a blast in the arcade room and was glad I had an opportunity to play some Jungle Bros while there. Only spent a few minutes with MSR, but I can tell its going to be a game well worth the wait.
Here is what I walked away with. (http://img848.imageshack.us/img848/4808/img0269z.jpg) MVS and RPGs I haven't had a chance to mess with, but the others are fun. Zipang is actually a rather good puzzle game, even though I never heard of it until the show. Wonder Momo is... different... with no better way to describe it. The Japanese MVS game is Samurai Shodown 4.
3 Count and World Heroes have the mini marquees and the World Heroes box also had these in it. (http://img18.imageshack.us/img18/4717/img0270rn.jpg) Blue paper is an explanation of the soft dip setting for the WH2 game. Quite unexpected, but very welcome! :)

Blue, I had his number too. I'm really not understanding why mishran would be upset.
We exchanged #s on Saturday. I called Mishran at 12:45 on Saturday asking if he wanted to join us, he said they were busy, and I said 'call me anytime to hang out sometime over the weekend.' I never received a phone call back. Color me confused. That was the end of it as far as I can tell. He had my number if he wanted to meet up somewhere or to find out if there was some after party activities. And definitely knew where we were hanging out for a majority of the weekend.
I showed up with my kids on Friday at 1pm and we pretty much worked til 1am. Then ran the museum with JD switching out consoles, carrying around TVs, climbing on things, crawling under things, and making sure the masses weren't screwing with our personal gaming collections all weekend, that is till we finally left the hotel at 8pm on Sunday.
Also, just for the record, not everyone was at beemer's pad gaming, mostly just the people that were staying there rather than getting a hotel for the weekend.

Or getting rides to the airport.
Don't feel too bad Mish', I got left at the hotel on Saturday...I missed my window to get a ride. I could have got up on Friday with the PCEFX crew but I hung out with another buddy that only had that evening free.
I'm totally down with the pre-con Thurs/Fri thing next year. I'd take Friday off from work.

Also, just for the record, not everyone was at beemer's pad gaming, mostly just the people that were staying there rather than getting a hotel for the weekend.
Or those of us who only came up for one day.

Besides out of the 5 people there, 2 were already staying there (BM, and elabit), 2 were a couple (Mathius/Ash)....and well yeah there was majors #-o

Sorry about that, Mish. I knew you guys had to cut out at 3 am Monday morning, and we didn't see you back at the DHG Room after the show so I figured you two went off to where you were staying. These guys here are the nicest bunch you'll ever meet. Everyone would have been welcome. :)

The idea of not going isn't the problem. The wife wanted to go exploring some more, but I wanted to stay close to the hotel waiting for a call that never came. She was more upset than I was/am. She knew I'd never get a call, but I put more faith in the situation. Again, it's done and over with. I'm going to personally drop the conversation about it nowm, because it finished.

I just don't get all the pessimism/negativity...especially from your old lady that knows us (and out intentions) even less than most. I mean I only had BM's #, and elabits (as I got him from the airport)...and think I called/texted anyone like twice all weekend (end of day to find out where BM was so we could go back to the condo). Most of us wandered around to find people for lunches, etc. before a phone was ever used. Hell you were pretty ghost all weekend until a good chunk of the way thru Sunday...all part of the show man. Most of us were out and about all weekend.

Well I don't think her feelings are personal. More like you guys not personally knowing me so don't expect open arms. Same as someone knocking on your front door and asking if they can come in. Would you let a stranger just come into your home? Likely not. There is, again, no negative feelings here. Just a few lost hours, nothing more.

Long boring hours on base today gave me time to reflect more about what happened during the past several days. As a result I'd like to extend an apology to everyone at the MGC, especially Bemby. I had jumped the gun, issuing judgement and assuming the worse without considering the alternatives. Side effect from dealing with arrogant a$$holes in PA I suppose. I was the one who was stupid enough to wait around, so the fault for missing out on other endeavors falls on myself. It is ultimately me, BlueBMW, that owes you an apology, not the other way around. Whatever reason for not getting the call, your forgetting or not, wasn't for me to assume as it was your place to decide, not mine. You are all good people and I had allowed myself to forget that. Since I'm not really anything more than a nobody on these boards, I wouldn't really blame you guys for telling me to piss off.

Yes, it would appear so. Facebook uses this as leverage to increase the number of members. But, I finally crumbled and created a Facebook account. I was a hold-out for a long time... (http://junk.tg-16.com/images/pcgsad.png) (http://junk.tg-16.com/images/pcgs.png)

I thought folks would be curious about how MSR and Jungle Bros. were displayed at the show (http://junk.tg-16.com/images/pcgs.png). I simply took one of turboStar's pics and cropped it.

Jungle Bros was awesome - I had a chance to play through the whole demo while not running around babysitting consoles and keeping people from trying to grab my KOF98 AES cart from under the table.
My personal MGC horror story - there was an original dedicated set of Capcom cabs in the Jersey Jack pinball area - a Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and a SF3 Third Strike. Not the plan ol' uprights mind you, but legit, blue 6'5" QSound cabs. I've got 3 cabs in my garage right now and don't have room for anymore - I've been trying to unload a Centipede cabinet for months. So unless I could wheel and deal my centipede cab I was out of luck.
So at the show, there was a SF2 Turbo in a dynamo cab (which needed a little TLC and restoration but was structurally sound with a good monitor) for $250, and by the end of the show those two Capcom cabs were $400 a pop. I ran down to the arcade hall as we were packing up the console room and offered the centipede cab straight up for SF2. The guy said he would do it all day but couldn't take the centipede. Ran down to Jersey Jack and offered Centipede + $150 for either of the CPS cabs. They agreed but backed off when I told them I live 15 minutes from the interstate onramp. Damn.
The Jersey Jack guys came back to me again and offered to meet me at the 94/KR exit in Kenosha to do a swap. They said that if I didn't buy those cabs today they were going to strip them, sell the monitor and boards and take a saws-all to the cabs themselves and dump them. It broke my heart but I just can't do it with a planned move to downtown Milwaukee this summer. 1200 square feet in a high rise condo does not leave me a lot of space for 4 arcade cabinets, haha.
If anyone is ever interested in buying an arcade cab, MGC (at least this year) was definitely the place to do it. The prices were VERY reasonable and most of the sellers just wanted to unload their stock. I was able to talk a lot of those guys down on price. A lot cheaper than even Craigslist.
Should have a video up tonight for the DHG console room. I'll post it here.

Let's dial back the drama inducing talk. That's not what MGC is all about. :)
I totally agree with Mathius.
It's petty, sad, and pathetic. Why do people insist on being that way? I just don't get it. I'm sure an understanding, or even an amends, can be had if some effort was put forth. Life is too short for this shit. There are misunderstandings, naturally, but to completely ignore an individual for something most likely ridiculous? Really? Grow up.

Did anyone go downstairs and see the security guard who couldn't stop playing Smash TV? Thought that was hilarious.
I gotta say that the vendor prices are getting insane. Lots of them are willing to haggle but I didn't feel like I really got any "deals" this time around. Except for the Sega Teradrive from Carlson who cut me a sweet deal on it. That man bankrupts me every year but his stuff is in such good condition. I bought his AES copy of Fatal Fury Special and it seriously looks like it just came out of the shrink wrap.
He also had a Sega Mark III in mint condition but I was tapped out.

I found some decent deals, but not to the level of last year when we had a vendor with tons of loose NES and Genny carts for like 2.00 each.

$45 to high because of all the ports? Parodius is one of my top 5, and I only have a loose Hu. I got it ages ago, dunno what I paid. Quick search seems to indicate $25 is a fare price. If I could unload my loose and use the cash to lower the CIB, I might bite...but end of the day, I have/play the game already.
Maybe Mad-Gear really likes it and priced it high so he can keep in in his collection. I love my cab's but if some fool is gonna give me $1200 for an Astro, I'd sell in a heartbeat (then ship one from JP!). Living in the US, I do not like to haggle, so inflated prices on games just make me pass on them. I know I saw some SMS Alex Kid's at MGC that I was wanting, but at $15, I can leave it.

I had only asked him about 2 games, but we were too far away in price for me to throw a counteroffer, especially since I knew off the top of my head how much Hit-Japan was selling those games for. Maybe next time I will bundle more games together and haggle with him, or make refererence to his online competitors.

We were in a hurry to set up and all I had to film with was my iPhone 4S. It takes great video but it's still a cellphone. I'm picking up a nikon D7000 some time this year so with any luck I'll have a more stable rig to get video with.
If you hear us cursing at the end of the video, it's because right at that moment the maintenance guy had come in to vacuum the room and blew the circuit breaker right before we were about to open the room to the public.

Ha ha! I know I was! :D
Guilty as charged - I couldn't stop filming that thing. It was an absolute crime that I bet 99% of convention-goers had no idea what that thing was, its historical significance, or how hard it was for Byron to get it here, fix it and put it on display. Ungrateful bastards!

FYI - Actually more vendors this year than last by a few. Keep in mind there were even vendors downstairs this year which we've never done before.
Jeff - Were you joking about the KoF '98 comment?
Attendance was up about 200 people. Last year we were a little over 5,000 people so, yeah, that's the math. ;)
Very glad everyone had fun at the show this year! Working on a video, but really getting irritated trying to narrate the thing. It is clocking in around 50 minutes at the moment.
As for my own purchases at the show, this was actually the first year that I didn't buy a thing other than an NES controller we needed in the museum. Somewhat disappointed, but everyone seemed pretty cleaned out by the time I got down there and I really didn't come to the show looking for common games. I was kinda interested in the MSX Turbo R, but after playing Byron's MSX2+ I'm a bit hesitant to really invest money into that system.
Dates for the MGC 2013 should be announced in the not-to-distant future.
Later.

JD - sent you a separate e-mail about this regarding the KOF'98 situation. Guy was being sketchy but it was more curiosity than being malicious. It's all good - I didn't have a single other issue the whole weekend.
Good to hear from you man! Hope all is well, can't wait to see the video.
