Is the PCE version in english??? I am jonesing to play it, and the Duomazov guys show screenshots of it in English.
Also this game seems to be hard to track down.

There's an option in the game where you can play it in English. The in-game almanac, I think, is in Japanese regardless of which option you pick, but you don't really need it. It's an easy game, just keep in mind that the world geography has changed since the late 80s.

As has already been established, yes, the JP version includes an option to play the game in English.
Seems like this would have been a shoe-in for a US release at some point....
