I believe just a baker's dozen:

1552 Tenka Tairan
A. III
The Atlas: Renaissance Voyager
Brandish
Dennou Tenshi - Digital Angel
Eikan Wa Kimini
Jantei Monogatari 3: Saber Angel
Lemmings
Metal Angel
Nemurenu Yoru no Chiisana Ohanashi
Power Golf 2: Golfer
Princess Maker 2
Tokimeki Memorial

theres one on ebay for only $40!

Only?  I'd rather get one from hit-japan (http://cgi.ebay.com/PC-Engine-Mouse-Controller-Boxed-JAPAN-Grafx-Game-pe-/300569991158?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item45fb5e17f6) for nearly half that.

In an actual auction they go for $10 CIB.  They're always available for $15 from a certain online vendor and usually ebay BIN.

I was thinking of trying Lemmings and Power Golf2. I'm a sucker for golf games. They go well with beer. Maybe also Brandish but i don't know if I will be able to play Brandish without Japanese knowledge. That's probably all the games I could play with the mouse (if that). It just seems like a cool NEC accessory to have in the collection. They'll probably sell for $80 in a few more years

Nemurenu is worth getting too.  I don't know what the people are saying exactly, but I can get the gist of it just from looking at the super cute animations.

You can play Brandish.  It's GOOD.  While you're mouse-ing it up, you can also buy the MB128 and create 15 Brandish save files!  Then you'll have two virtually useless accessories!  :)

I know.  I have the MB128 and I'll probably break down and get the stupid mouse myself one of these days too.

Not sure if you are being sarcastic but either way I would like to see a screenshot or video clip of this game to see what kind of interaction it has with the mouse.

No sarcasm - it's cuter than a bug's ear.  It's not a 'real' game but rather a point-n-click story where you click on stuff and see what happens; it's aimed at little kids, though, so steer clear if you're looking for more than cuteness.
