Title: Region mod with a twist
Post by: clackattack on August 02, 2014, 01:08:25 PM
So Im about to attempt this myself, doesnt seem to be too hard, but whilst looking for a a vid on some work, I came across a guy with a vid on youtube where he was able to soldier half of his signal wires to the underside of the mainboard at the HUcard connector and the other half on another part of the mainboard. He then proceeded to talk about cutting some traces on the board itself instead of clipping the pins on the card connector. Has anyone around here performed this or maybe have any insight as to where I can find better coverage of this subject? Keep in mind, this is for a US TG16
