Is there a way to fix a Hue card?

If you mean you have one that wont boot....  Take one of those pink wedge erasers, and clean the contacts really well. Go over it with a qtip and alcohol afterwards.

If it's been cleaned to death and still won't work on multiple systems, it's dead.

Huey is almost impossible to fix.  You'd need to peel off the black piece and hope the issue is just broken trace from the connector to the epoxy blob.  If the problem is inside the blob, forget it.  Putting it back together is also a bitch, without the right kind of glue they'd either come apart again or warp the plastic and permanently ruin it.
