This is the copy that came with my TurboDuo that I got at launch. Although the disc has some marks and/or scratches, it has always played flawlessly on the many CD setups I've used over the years and on my refurbished TurboDuo it literally loads between stages within one second.

I believe that the only game still available is one copy of Sonic Spike MIB.
