I bought the 3D printed case and board but I have no experience soldering so I am willing to send the pieces to someone and have them assemble it for me.

A couple caveats here.  First your Duo needs to be RGB modded for this to work, second it depends on the Retrovision cable you have.  Do you have the Genesis one?

Am I correct by saying you want an adapter that hooks up to a RGB modded DUO and then goes to the Genesis Retrovision component cables? I can do that for you.
