So this month it's  Akumajou Dracula X: Chi no Rondo. I am sure most have played this to death, but it is another game I haven't 100% completed in quite a long time. I also got this game for Xmas back in 93 from my brother. So, December is a month I usually come back to play this game. I remember putting this game in for the first time and firing it up. It was such an amazing experience. So different for a CV game but good in every way. The music, cut scenes, pathways, and special attacks make this game so much fun to play. Maria always made the game a cake walk but she really helped me get that 100%. It's been so long since I've done a 100% clear and I really want to get that this month. So, here it is. The game that put the pc-engine on the map for a lot of non turbo players. Enjoy guys!

If there was ever an incentive to fix my Duo-R's drive, this would be it. I hope I can partake - worst case scenario the PSP version will have to do

Good choice, finishing the year STRONG!  I didn't get a copy until 2000 or so, but it didn't feel a bit old or stale.  'Tis a nigh perfect game.

LOL. I was just about to post something similar to this! ^ 

Dec GoTM doesn't need to be xmas related. At 40% complete at the moment. Made some play time last night for a bit after an 8 hour drive from Orlando, FL back to Raleigh, NC.

I think there was shipping cost added, they had also told me at the time that it had been out of stock a while and they just got it back in stock. But yeah, in general their prices were high. This was before wide use of the world wide web and places like NCSX to buy imports from, so it was just out of the back of GameFan.

Well I wasn't able to do the 100% for this month. I got do damn busy. I did play some more last night but only got to about 80%. Still going to go at it though.
