This came across my feed, seemed something new to me...has it already been mentioned before?

Looks like a early proto for the (as others have mentioned) Micomsoft analog pad, XE-1ap.

Man, that thing is weird looking! I've never seen anything like it.

It has the same color scheme as Namco's Playstation Joystick.

Funky thing.  It doesn't look at all comfy or intuitive to use.

Micomsoft clearly used old valentine heart candies for the buttons of that XE-1 AP prototype. GODDAMN, I am hungry now.
