This is a 100% English translation patch for Obocchama-kun on the PC Engine.

The patch translates all the intro, end credits and sound menu text. Additionally, the title screen and several graphics have been localized as well, and a minor background restoration was performed on Level 14.

Tested and fully working on the latest versions of Magic Engine, PCEjin, Ootake, and Mednafen. See the Readme for additional details.

Language isn't much of a obstacle here, but this is cool nonetheless.  One hit kills and restarting the entire stage makes it a bit tedious to play, but this is one silly game.
