Very old story now.  Old threads still exist.  The story was even listed on kotaku lol.

Nakano Broadway has a single store called Mandarake Showcase, which may not nearly be as big as the above stores... but the selection for rare games is pretty impressive. If you need directions, I can help, as well. ;)
