Wily & Right's RockBoard - That's Paradise, anyone familiar with this game?

I'm thinking of using a song from it, to help fluff out Bomb Man's theme in the Mega Man 1 project. 

Does anyone know if this theme has any connection to any Robot Master in the entire series?  It's called the Metropolis Continent, & I tend to think of Bomb Man's level as a City, so, I think it'll work.

At least one song in the game has bits from other Robot Masters, like this one, obviously has bits of Wood Man in it

I also had thought about this one to play around with in Bomb Man's theme 

It sounds like it has something familiar in it, but I've never been able to pinpoint it.  Since it's called the Sand Continent, that probably wouldn't fit in general, but at some points, it almost has a Bomb Man feel to it.  Should probably save it for if I ever did a Robot Master for a later game, whose level is in a desert, like Pharaoh Man or something.
