MGD2?
« on: January 20, 2006, 09:03:16 AM »
What is this console?  I've never heard of it before today.  Check it out here:
http://gamechoiceclub.com/navigateProduct.asp?product_id=2980

It also has a PC Engine adapter:
http://gamechoiceclub.com/navigateProduct.asp?product_id=26

and a SuperGrafx adapter:
http://gamechoiceclub.com/navigateProduct.asp?product_id=27

Anyone have or have seen one of these things in person?
Games I Need: Bonk 3 (HuCard), Legend of Hero Tonma, Magical Chase, Soldier Blade, Super Air Zonk.

Got one to sell? PM me!

The MDG2 can be used on several systems pce, megadrive, and the snes. The drawback to the MDG2 is the external flash carts and modules that it uses for each system are rare to find. The MDG2 is very obsolete these days as there are better alternatives for backing up rom cartridges, but I'm not going to say where you can buy them.

Adding PCE console specific layer on top of that, makes for an interesting challenge (no, not a reference to Ys II).
