I didn't want to mention it right off, but if you aren't looking right at the picture's text it looks like "Shoot that Funky Plunger, Dildoboy!" which, considering other titles in the 3D0 library, isn't much of a stretch. 
Word.. I had to read that twice. I thought it said 'Dildo' as well.
