I see nothing wrong with that. The page is well-formatted, he's got a detailed, accurate list of everything included in the auction (not to mention some impressive photographs). And he obviously took great pains to determine the accurate value of the entire lot.

If for some reason I could ever afford this lot I would be set for life. I mean, imagine this senario. One day, game geek decides to become a bonified  game collector. Game geek sees this mega lot, game geek buys mega lot, game geek is no longer a game collector.

Honestly though, where's the fun in that? Collecting is supposed to take years and the process there of is a lot of fun IMO. Takes away all the hard work.
