1. When I say GUI I mean to say anything where the user can interact with images without using command line options. Which is pretty much what all videogames are.
Unless their is another term for a user to interact with images.

2. Just PM me and send, a demo with explantions, and make sure it is able to compile.

4. Gals Panic, yes I would be intrested in doing a gals panic type game. Where I do the graphics, but it has to be in house. Not this project. Speaking of which, I wish Xevious was Gals Panic because it would have gave the PCE a fighting chance instead of Majhong for the last 10,000th time. With all the stuff on the internet, I don't know if people would go for that. It would be unfun to make all of those images, and not be able to you know in the process. I don't know how long I could hold out. That is why people have wives.

I am not going to argue about what the PCE supports
and does not support, as long as you can go back and forth between a langauge this is great.

I think you need to consider what the programmers require of you, before you consider what you require of the programmers. Show some examples of your art and a plan (doesn't have to be detailed or full of spoilers) of your proposed game.

Can you at least confirm this is a PCE project? Because AFAIK there's no Basic on PCE. There's HuC and assembler and that's about it.
