NitroGrafx
« on: August 20, 2013, 04:37:40 AM »
Has anyone tried the TurboGrafx emulater "Nitrografx" for the Nintendo DS/Lite using an R4 card. It seems to only run the PC Engine games (US game require a special process to run). I tried it out lately and it seem to run fairly well. Comparing it to the Turbo Express, the graphics are sharp and you can read the text fairly easy. Let me know you thoughts on this emulator. In no way I am knocking the TE as I have always wanted one and recently got one.
Looking for TG16 games I don't have already.

It's like you said. It runs all the PCE games I've tried pretty much flawlessly, but TG16 games are a crapshoot. Some work well, some work but have graphics glitches, some don't work at all. I keep hoping whoever made the emulator will update it to improve compatibility, but it seems they haven't touched it in several years, so I'm not holding my breath.
I am bad and that's good. I will never be good and that's not bad. There's no one I'd rather be than me.
